Why are there two sets of clues in the book?
The same clues are presented both in the rhyming verse at the start, and then again at the back of the book in plainer English. You will only need to use some set of clues to solve the puzzle and find your suitor - the second version at the back is just to provide alternative wording for each clue in case you find any of the rhyming verses slightly unclear.
